Aceto Balsamico of Modena IGP meets Piadina with Squaquerone DOP
The Piadina Romagnola IGP (PGI) and the Squaquerone di Romagna DOP (PDO) traveling in Milan meet the Aceto Balsamico of Modena IGP (balsamic vinegar PGI): piadina with squaquerone is a great match. Why not to taste it accompanied by aceto balsamico?
The Piadina Romagnola IGP (PGI) finally has announced in Milan her official engagement with the Squaquerone of Romagna DOP (PDO). To prepare for the Expo, Piadina PGI and Squaquerone di Romagna PDO will be present together with the Aceto Balsamico of Modena PGI (Balsamic Vinegar) in the event “Tuttofood” from 3 May in Milan, in AICIG space (Italian Association consortia Geographical Indications) and in Hall 4 (stand K26 -M23)
This space will host on Monday, 4 (15.45) and Tuesday, May 5 (13,00 and 15,45) show cooking and tastings during which piadina with squaquerone and balsamic vinegar will be offered to visitors
Will be there the Squaquerone Association of Romagna, the Chairman of the Piadina Promotion Consortium Elio Simoni and Vice President Moreno Giulianelli. While for the Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI Consortium will attend the Director Franco Desimoni.
The Aceto Balsamico of Modena at Expo accompanies Piadina with Squaquerone
The Aceto Balsamico of Modena PGI continues the adventure in Milan. At Expo it will be made available to customers of Identità Golose Expo, the event that for the six-month of the event will bring to Milan great Italian and international chefs for a temporary restaurant. It will be repeted with Pleasure Modena, for the Design Week 2015.
La Piadina of Romagna IGP and Squaquerone DOP will be the protagonists at Expo with the Emilia Romagna region in September.
But after the kermesse remains the taste of this traditional foods which match so deliciously: piadina with squaquerone and balsamic vinegar.
